First impression when I got to the training sessions, I found that people there have my age as work experience. I was the youngest attendee to these training sessions.

Well the training was very helpful and very rich, as it focuses on one the most implemented processes of ITIL : Incident management and Change Management.

In this 5 day training session, we had some assignments to do in small teams, like preparing and implementing of the change, release and configuration management process for different company cases presented by the trainer. We also had the challenging task of building a Service Desk from scratch.

As I write these lines, ITIL V2 is living his last months, and I have decided to jump on the ITIL V3 bandwagon.

So, next step ITIL V3!
